Rental Skate Policy
1. All quad rental skates are considered to have the wheels rolling, except those marked with an S, for slow. There is to be no adjustment of the rolling wheels to slow them down.
2. All quad rental skates are unisex sizing. Basically meaning from size 6 and up they are men’s sizes. If a woman wears a size 8 shoe she would wear a size 7 quad rental roller skate. The inline skates are marked with both sizes.
3. Rental skates are available in full sizes only. No half sizes.
4. If a rental skate is pulling left or right, please exchange it for another pair.
5. We do not loan our tools to adjust our rental skates.
6. We do not loan our tools to adjust personal skates.
7. RED skate rental tickets are for quad skates.
8. BLUE skate rental tickets are for inline skates.
9. ORANGE skate rental tickets (Birthday Party) get their choice of quad or inline skate. Exchange only for size.
10. Quad or inline skates may be exchanged for SIZE only.
11. An inline skate may be exchanged for a quad without additional cost.
12. Quad skates may be exchanged for inline skates with a GREEN ticket at the cost of $1.00. Green tickets are purchased from the cashier.
